Project :

To transcribe on plan and in technical language, desires and dreams of the customers, remains a challenge which motivates us with each new meeting. Listening is “the” project key of success, presentation of drafts and preliminary draft help to confirm and refine interpretation of customer desiderata’s.

Concept :

We virtually build the project in the same order as the realization on jobsite, which enables us to see 90% of the execution or the esthetics problems before the implementation.

A good knowledge of the tendencies and of the new techniques, the old documents retrieval (in case of rehabilitation) allow us; to make economic and aesthetic choices, to advise the customer, but often the traditional techniques remain the best choice.

Budget :

Each project is quantified station by station, a proposal – detailed in the same order of the realization of the works – is given to the client. This avoids nasty surprises, the customer will pay (except he’s modifications) only envisaged works.[cycloneslider id=”conception-slidde”]
