Outdoor architecture: studies & concepts

“Outdoor” under our latitudes is a place where we spend many time, unfortunately it often passes in the last plan for the architect or the promoter.

The day of the delivery of your project, you often stay with a sterile place extent with two ridiculous baby trees, and the swimming pool often summarizes at the simplest expression of a blue rectangle or a kidney in the middle of nowhere.

Our engineering and design department allow us to answer to a wide range of projects, it can be a private property needing a garden, swimming pool, fountains, fish ponds or architectural elements or it can be a wider space such as hotel complex. We are able to do it and we have the tools to answer all the particular needs of our clients. These few examples of projects, range from some square meters to several hectares.

Our goal is to do the following things:

To analyze the needs of our client, the site and the feasibility of the project.

To design a project according to the client’s criteria, the site and the feasibility.

To draw the project and to submit plans to the client for his approbation and, if it’s necessary, to obtain the licenses and the permits.

To draw all necessary plans for the construction of the project.

To price and estimate the budget for such project.
