Construction: new builds, extensions and renovations

We are entrusted with a wide variety of assignments, ranging from simply refurbishing a house to building an entire villa of several hundred square metres.

Our skills cover several fields thanks to the combined expertise of our team and a network of specialists we regularly work with.

As a general rule, structural works are entrusted to a well-known, well-referenced local company. Specialised finishing works are entrusted, under our supervision, to qualified companies or craftsmen.

Ultimately, our goal is to deliver quality workmanship to our clients within short timeframes.

Areas of expertise:

Earthworks and excavation, in open ground and in existing buildings
General structural works: foundations, retaining walls, concrete walls, composite slabs, crawl spaces on pads, concrete structures, timber structures, etc.

Swimming pools and ponds: design and construction

The swimming pool is very often the favourite spot in the garden, the place for leisure and socialising par excellence. As a construction company, we love designing and building these aquatic spaces with their pleasant feeling of calm and relaxation.

Turning this space into a pleasant place to be requires combining a keen sense of space and aesthetics with solid knowledge of construction techniques.

We have mastered a range of techniques that allow us to take part in every stage of the design and construction of swimming pools, ponds, waterfalls, lakes and other water features:

Earthworks and excavations (difficult sites and special ground conditions)
Structural works: reinforcement, concrete, walls, paving, retaining walls, etc.
Finishes: rendering, coatings (mosaic, stone, etc.), stonework, artificial rocks
Hydraulics: pumps and filtration systems, piping, water treatment
Pool lighting: traditional, LED, fibre optics
Accessories: automatic shutters and covers, plant rooms, steps, water heating, ventilation
Special techniques: infinity pools and mirror pools

Outdoor architecture: studies and concepts

In our latitudes, “the outdoors” is a place where we spend a lot of time. Unfortunately, it is often the last priority for architects and developers.

When your building is handed over, you often end up with a stretch of barren soil and two pitiful shrubs; as for the swimming pool, it often comes down to the simplest expression of a rectangle or a blue bean in the middle of nowhere.

Our design office allows us to handle a very wide range of projects, whether a private property needing a garden, a swimming pool, ponds and outdoor architectural features, or a larger space such as a hotel complex. We are able and equipped to meet the demand. Our projects range from a few square metres to several hundred hectares.

Our work consists of:

analysing the client’s needs, the site available and the feasibility of the project;
designing a project that meets the criteria of the client, the site and its feasibility;
drawing the project for the client’s approval and, where necessary, obtaining the required permits;
producing the drawings needed to build the project;
costing the project and all its components.

Water

A source of life that we take for granted in Europe, water is nevertheless scarce in many parts of the world. Our travels have made us aware of how important it is to manage it, respect it and love it.

In our company, we often work with water: we have learned to manage its whole journey.

Collection: wells, boreholes, reservoirs, pumping, desalination, wind pumps and condensation.
Storage: ponds, tanks, water towers, swimming pools.
Distribution: networks, plumbing, hot water, solar, treatment.
Purification: drainage, septic tanks, small treatment plants, settling.

At the end of its journey, it must return to the earth, just as it came.

Worldwide missions: expertise, logistics and jobsite management

With over 35 years of experience in different countries and climates (Southern Europe: France, Spain, Italy; Florida, Cuba, Guadeloupe, Africa, Madagascar, French Polynesia, Central America, the Middle East), we have learned and often developed efficient construction and implementation techniques over the years, which give us excellent results.
